Winemakers Notes

Fermented in French Oak barrels for 11 months before blending, our Chardonnay has aromas of white nectarine and hazelnuts, complemented by hints of vanilla and spice. 

The palate is creamy, featuring stone fruit flavours and a touch of subtle spice. It has a generous weight, with citrus acidity driving the palate towards long, satisfying finish. The primary fruits characters will continue to unfold over the next several years and time will reward.
