Vineyard Operator
We are looking for a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude to become part of our vineyard crew. Ideally you would have vineyard experience, however full training can be provided for the right person, so don’t let a lack of experience prevent you from applying.
General vineyard duties relating to this job will include:
- Seasonal work – harvest, spraying, trellis repairs
- Assisting with the Vinespray programme
- Use of vineyard machinery, including tractors, trimmers leaf pluckers and harvesters
- Maintenance of all machinery used and reporting any issues to the Viticulturist
- Supervising of casual and contract staff as and when required
