The elegant and juicy palate has layers of lemon pith and minerality that lingers 
on the finish.

Cellaring

Riesling ages beautifully in bottle. After several years this wine will start to move 
away from the fruit driven aromatics and begin to develop more subtle, complex 
aromas.
