Aroma

Marmalade, orange peel, dried apricot and nougat.

Palate

An explosion of flavours – cake spice, hazelnuts, dried fruits with a lusciousness and finishing with a clean crisp finish.

Winemaking

Bordeaux Clone Sauvignon Blanc was left hanging in our E Block vineyard before being handpicked. The fruit was whole bunch pressed and settled, then transferred to older barrels for fermentation. The wine was left to age in barrel for 4 years before blending the best barrels together.

10.5%

Cellaring

This wine will continue to age gracefully over the next 7-10 years.
