Aroma

River stones, lemon flower and freshly squeezed lime.

Palate

Bright, light and tense with refreshing residual sugar balancing a tight acid line. Behind the obvious is a firm fine structure and considerable aromatic complexity.

Winemaking

Selectively hand-picked in the cool of the morning, and immediately pressed direct to an old oak vessel for natural fermentation. Left to mature on lees for 6 months and bottled January 2018. This wine has been pre-cellared for your drinking pleasure now.

Cellaring

Built to age gracefully, we bottle and cellar this wine for a minimum of 3 years before release. We suggest further cellaring up to and beyond 10 years from the vintage date will be well worthwhile.
