Born, Bred & Schooled
Santa Maria da Feira Town in Portugal and I went to Universidade Catolica do Porto.
First wine industry job
My first vintage in 2006 at Herdade das Servas Winery in the Alentejo region of Portugal.
First real full time job
Herdade da Perescuma in the Alentejo region of Portugal where I was the Laboratory Manager.
Working with amazing winemakers - the Australian winemaker David Baverstock at Herdade da Perescuma, the Portuguese winemaker Luis Sottomayor at Quinta do Seixo and Portuguese winemaker Antonio Graca during a wine research project.
